In this series of classes, students will explore the work of 8 famous artists and will produce works of art based on the influences, styles and techniques of well-known artists. Students will use a variety of art media such as acrylic paint, watercolour paint, pen and ink and coloured pencil. Classes will be on Saturday afternoons from noon until 2 pm. The cost is $40 per class with all materials provided.

Norval Morriseau (March 14, 1932 – December 4, 2007)
Norval Morrisseau was an Indigenous Canadian artist who created works depicting the legends of his people. His style is characterized by thick black outlines and bright colors. He is referred to as “The Picasso of the North”.
